Most people can make a new change last a few days to a few weeks to, for example, shed a few pounds or to quit a habit. Things typically start off well once we've set our mind to it, but the common problem people have is that the initial motivation and good intentions quickly wane if the change is not forthcoming quickly enough, and they reach a point where the initial motivation is not enough to maintain the change.Â
The people I work with typically want to manage chronic habits and make sustianable changes over the long term if not for good!  Often a little support along the way is all that is needed to access those good resources they already have, and make it work this time.Â
There are practical things which need to be done to make sustainable change happen, and with my wisdom, extensive clinical experience and expertise, and deep understanding of the scientific evidence in health psychology, lifestyle medicine, and conducting hundreds of sessions with clients over the last 20 years, we can make it happen!
I'm passionate about sharing my insights and wisdom from my own journey, as well as from a professional and clinical perspective of behavioural & lifestyle change, through appearing on podcasts, guest speaking, webinars, blogs, and so on.Â
