Hypnotherapy for fears & phobias

 

1 in 10 people have a phobia. There are hundreds of phobias and fears, e.g., fear of flying, spiders, snakes, cats, dogs, lifts, dentists, hospitals, needles, vomiting, public speaking and social situations.

You are no doubt well-aware (conscious) that your phobia or fear is 'irrational' but you can't help the way you feel. The fear comes from your unconscious mind. If phobia, fear or panic attacks prevent you from leading a normal, happy life then hypnotherapy could be an excellent solution.

Results with phobias are normally rapid. Around 4 sessions is average. Occasionally, one double session is enough. Sometimes more sessions are required.
